Harlow: 10 month old Domestic Short Hair Tabby and White
Harlow gave birth to 3 beautiful babies while she was being held as a stray at the Alachua County Animal Services shelter. Harlow was just too young and underweight to feed her kittens and sadly, 2 died and the last one had to be bottle-fed. During a veterinary exam to help figure out why Harlow wasn't gaining weight, it was discovered that she was born with just one kidney. While this is unlikely to cause her any significant health problems, it's important that Harlow's adoptive family be consistent with her routine veterinary exams. After a few months of rehabilitation, Harlow has been spayed and now has a clean bill of health and is ready to reclaim her kittenhood with a loving, forever family.
